Pilates Reformer/HiiT/Row/Circuit - all in one go. We combine working on the Pilates Reformer with a great Rower workout. The first part of the class stretches your muscles and warms you up and the second on the rower gives you a cardio Hit. Great combination. Maximum 5 participants.
