🙏 The purpose of this class is to practice Classical Hatha Yoga in depth to build Strong Body & Minds. 🙏 With 5 sessions x 1,5hrs to learn complete flow of 12 principal yoga postures (see Details below), with correction for each person (only 3 people per class). 🏡 Welcome to Aditi Studio to practice yoga without direct sunlight 🌞 and heat, but still enjoy fresh air and view of nature 🌴 🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️ Beginners and Intermediates are welcomed.


  • Per session: €15

  • Combo 5 sessions (valid 2 month): €60 (soit 12€/session)

  • Combo 10 sessions (valid 3 month): €100 (soit 10€/session) To be paid:

  • Yoga Mat is available, but you could bring your own.

  • Wear comfortable and warm cotton clothes.

  • If you cannot come, please kindly cancel so another person can book. IF YOU NEED PERSONAL CLASS

  • At your place; with your friends (max 5 people).

  • Fee: 30€/session for 1 person;

Or 15€/ person for group 2-3 people;

Or 10€/person for group 4-5 people.

  • FREE déplacement fee for the trajet less than 30 minutes by public transport.


  • The goal of 5 sessions is to understand of how to do yoga correctly, when we shouldn’t do certain postures and their benefits. It is highly recommended that you join all 5 to learn fully:

  • 12 postures asanas

  • 3 pranayama techniques

  • Introduction meditation

  • Full relaxation skill. Each session lasts 1,5hrs will include:

  • Pranayama (breathing)

  • Asanas (postures)

  • Savasana (relaxation skill)

  • Meditation for beginners

  • Talks about yoga and positive thoughts. * My methodology is from Sivananda Yoga: a classical Hatha Yoga based on Vedanta - the ancient knowledge 5000 years old - with the purpose of acheiving Health and Inner Peace from 5 practices: 1. Proper exercise - Asanas: for a healthy and flexible body.

  1. Proper breathing - Pranayama: to gain more oxygen and energy for the brain to function efficiently and to manage stress better.

  2. Proper relaxation - Savasana: for better sleep and know how to relax our muscles even when we are working hard.

  3. Proper diet - Vegetarian: we won’t learn cooking but we learn why it helps doing yoga 🙂

  4. Positive thinking and Meditation: how to switch our negative emotions to positive ones? The minds need to be trained.

Thanks to 7 years experience of practicing yoga, I’ve eventually decided to become a Yoga Teacher in March 2019 - certified by The International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Center (Headquater at Quebec, Canada), qualified RYT 200Hrs Yoga Alliance. It was my best experience in life and before I left the Ashram, I’ve received a note from Swamiji “I’ve shared with you everything I have with all my love, for you to share it with everyone else”, so here I am, ready to share all I’ve learnt with you :) More information:
